How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.

Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

  - Discover
- PayPal

Shipping

  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Conditional Free : USD 35 will be charged for shipping, if your order amount is less than USD 300.
  • Delivery Time : 10 - 14 days
  • All ENLUNIQ's shoes are made-to-order.

    Production will begin once we check your order.

    Please take into consideration that our products take 10-14 days to dispatch.

    and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.

    For further information, please consult your local customs office.


    In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. 

    Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

Custom Orders

As we work based on a made-to-order system, custom orders can be made upon request.


Possible modification options:

– width (wide)

– instep height (high)

– change of materials

– strap length

– ornaments 


 *** Custom made products are excluded from the Right to Withdrawal or contracts due to item(s) being specially created or tailored to fit individuals.

[ SHIPPING ]


We offer free international shipping for all orders over USD 300. 

Any orders under USD 300 will be charged USD 35 at the checkout.


We ship worldwide via DHL.

[ RETURNS & EXCHANGE ] 

We offer returns & exchanges for new and unused products, unless the item is marked final sale.

In order to request a return or exchange, notify us within 14 days from the delivery date.

Returning items must be returned to our head office within 30 days from the delivery date in order to process the request. 


Prior to request a return or exchange, please make sure that the item(s) are in the following condition, with respect to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale:

– Item(s) must be in the same condition in which you received it, with all contents of the original packaging materials (shoe box, dust bags, etc.)

– Return / exchange request must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery. 

– Item(s) must be purchased on enluniq.com and not in any other store. 


All products must be returned in a perfect resalable condition.

Returns that are damaged, stretched, soiled, or returned without the original packages may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. 


In the unlikely event that your order is processed incorrectly or your item(s) arrived damaged, we offer free exchange/return with an apology. 

Please email us at hello@enluniq.com with photos of the incorrect/damaged merchandise for our reference.


* Please be advised that returns are accepted ONLY IF the request meets our return policy requirement and has been approved by our staff.

* Returns that are shipped to us without any prior consent are not accepted.


< Return Instructions >

1. Request a return/exchange to ENLUNIQ Customer Service via email (hello@enluniq.com) with order details or website (my orders) within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Our customer service representative will be in contact with you by email or phone to assist you with the process. 

3. After the approval from our team, please send an item to the address below. When returning the item, please ensure that the shoe box is protected using the carton box provided. 

4. Once we have received your returns, we will verify the condition and state of those item(s). This may take 3-4 business days.

5. If there are no issues with the return, refund will be issued using the same payment method originally used for the purchase.

It may take 3-5 business days for your credit to appear. Please note that round shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount unless the product is defective. 


Items are NOT considered defective if: 

– the color is slightly different due to the resolution of a monitor screen

– the item has minor wrinkles, spots, or any other imperfections due to the natural characteristic of the leather

– the item has minor errors in seam lines


We do NOT accept return(s) if:

– the item is damaged due to your mishandling

– the item is soiled, or has a signs of wear

– the item is returned without original packages

– the item is custom made (alterations in width, instep height, materials, heel height, strap length, etc)*

– the item is marked final sale

– your return request is overdue

< Size Exchange >

We allow one-time size exchange for the same style on orders without custom options. 

– an item must be in unworn and original condition

– a round-trip shipping fee will be charged (USD 70)

As we work based on a made-to-order system, we strongly encourage you to shop responsibly.

Return / Exchange Shipping Rates 

One-way: USD 35 / Round: USD 70

*** If you have been charged duties and taxes by your local customs upon delivery, these will not be refunded. 

If the product is not defective, a round-trip shipping fee of USD 70 will be charged. This will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds

It takes 3-5 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order.
Please be advised that your refund may not be processed until the next billing month depending on your credit card issuer's billing schedule.

Other

Pending period for reward store credit:
Your reward store credit issued from orders will be added to your account and stay as Pending for 20 days from delivery before validation to compensate time for exchange or returns. Meanwhile, you are free to spend your available store credit balance.

Requirements:
If you pay for your order with store credit, you are required to spend a minimum store credit of #min_mileage.”
The maximum store credit you can spend on one order is “max_mileage.”

Cancellation of store credit:
Pending credit issued from orders will be automatically cancelled on cancellation or return of the relevant order. Your store credit will be cancelled if you close your account. Also, your store credit will expire if there is no newly issued store credit for three years.
